Mirea means “she who watches” or “silent wonder.”
--------------------------------------------
In the stillest part of El Camposanto, where the ivy climbs the stones and the wind barely stirs, Mirea waits.
She stands where the living once wept, framed by black iron and a grave long claimed by moss. Her dress, faded with time, brushes the earth like a memory. She holds her ghost gently, not to protect it, but to stay with it.
Mirea does not look back.
She simply remains.
