Our items ship directly from Compton, California. Every package is packed thoughtfully and handled with care to ensure it reaches you safely.
Cancellations
– Ready to Ship: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
– Made-to-Order: Cancellations within 24 hours are accepted. After 24 hours, a 20% cancellation fee applies.
– Pre-orders: May be cancelled within 24 hours. After that, cancellations incur a 15% fee.
Address Changes
We ship to the address provided at checkout.
If you notice a mistake, please contact us immediately. While we’ll do our best to update it, we cannot guarantee the change will be made in time.
We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
Processing Times
– Ready to Ship: Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
– Pre-orders & Made-to-Order: Please refer to the product description for accurate timelines.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship throughout the United States and worldwide.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, or postal fees charged by your country. These are not included in your order total.
Carriers & Shipping Methods
We primarily ship via USPS and UPS, depending on the size and weight of the package.
Standard and expedited options are available for both carriers at checkout.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated by weight at checkout.
USPS applies an extra fee to packages over 20 inches in length. If applicable, this charge will be reflected in your shipping total.
Tracking & Notifications
All orders receive a confirmation email upon purchase, and a tracking number once shipped. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder or contact us directly.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your package leaves our hands, we are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments.
Please contact USPS or UPS directly to file a claim.
Delays can happen, especially during holiday seasons or busy sale events like Black Friday. We appreciate your patience and recommend monitoring your tracking link.
Local Pickup
At this time, we do not offer local pickup.
