Return & Refund Policy
At Black Willow Gallery, every item is made with care in small batches. Due to the nature of our work, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review all product details carefully before placing your order.
All Sales Are Final
We do not accept returns on any orders, including:
– Ready-to-ship items
– Made-to-order items
– Personalized or custom products
– Preorders
Order Concerns
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us at blackwillowgallery@gmail.com. While we do not offer general returns, we are open to reviewing any concerns on a case-by-case basis.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email blackwillowgallery@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.
Include:
– A short description of the issue
– Clear photos of the damaged item(s), packaging, and shipping label
We will assess whether the matter qualifies for a shipping carrier claim or if we can resolve it directly.
Return Shipping (If Approved)
In the rare event that a return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed. A return label may be provided at our discretion.
Refund Method
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Restocking Fees
Cancellations beyond 24 hours of purchase are subject to a restocking fee:
– Made-to-Order Items: 20% of the item subtotal
– Preorders: 15% of the item subtotal
These fees apply only to the item cost, not shipping.
