Shipping costs and method.

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.  We offer USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, Fedex.

Tracking Packages.

We send email with tracking number.  Please view your spam folder if you don't see us in your inbox. 

Wrong or incorrect shipping address.

We are not responsible for incorrect or wrong addresses.  We print shipping label exactly as you entered in order. 

International shipping.

International orders are responsible for any customs fees by your country. 

Missing or lost packages

There are several reasons why a package gets lost and most of the times it is out of our control. Please contact your shipping service and submit a complaint.
